Dreams

Rude Awakenings
And the day starts off weirder than usual this morning. I was supposed to go for an interview with a recruitment agency at 10 am this morning. So I decided last night to wake up at around 7am so I could prepare. Well, I woke up at 7am but somehow or rather I kept remembering a strange vision in my dreams. In my dreams I had made a call regarding the interview.

Constant
Well as for the brief details of the call, the person on the other line told me that my interviewer called in sick today and wouldn't be able to meet me. And told me the interview was to be rescheduled to monday morning. Haha, like I said weird. But since I was still groggy, I decided to sleep half an hour more. So I reset my alarm clock and set it for 7.30am.

Shattering
*Ringtone gradually subsides* Holy crap! I re-awoke with my handphone ringing by my side. I looked at the time and it showed me 9.45am. What the heck? I thought to myself, didn't my alarm clock ring? I cringed in horror as I saw my alarm clock was mysteriously resetted back to 'normal'. Suddenly I had the flashback to my dream. I remembered the time being 9.45am too. I looked at my phone and it showed me 1 missed call. I decided to call back.

Ruckus
"Hello? Did someone call me?" I asked alittle apprehensively. "Oh yes! Are you Albert?" The chirpy reply came. That voice sounded awfully familiar I thought to myself. "Yes, I am. What is this regarding?" I seemed to be repeating some rehearsed lines. "Please hold on." And I was listening to the melody of a holding tune. How quaint I thought, I wonder if my dream was going to play out infront of my eyes once again.

Realization
"Hi, are you Albert?" an annoyed voice cut into my thoughts abruptly. "Oh yes, I was supposed to come for an interview at 10am today?" I replied curtly. "Oh? Then why are you still at home?" I was stunned for a second, did I sound so sleepy that even a total stranger could tell I just got out of bed? I suddenly realized that this was exactly how the dream went as well. I remembered what I was supposed to say next and said, "Ah, I'm sorry I kind of overslept.".

Glided Composure
"I hope this doesn't happen when we send you to the actual interview with the company. They would get a really bad impression of you." The annoyed voice cut back. "Oh I'd make it a point not to be late for it." My mouth seemed disconnected from my mind. "Okay, so your interview today is posponed to Monday. Nikky your interviewer called in sick and told me to reschedule you for Monday 10am. Are you sure you won't be late for that one?" The voice seemed to have mellowed somewhat. "Oh thank you for informing me. I'm sure I'd won't be late." I slowly regained control of my senses as I cut the call.

Recollection
Thus ends one of the more detailed explainations of a day in my weird, weird life. Is it coincidence? Providence? Or just mere luck? To tell you the truth, I've never had a vision that materialized itself in such a short time. A mere 2 hours before the incident. Is this a sign of things to come? Or is it a one time only occurance. I pray that I would be able to handle what life is going to throw at my way. I end this post with a quote.

Ramblings
I see you! You don't see me? Why? Why? Is it because your standing in the light? Or is it because your blind?

Idiots of today, Geniuses of tomorrow
